BSNL's BACKWARDNESS

Few days back, India's biggest public sector telecom company BSNL's Chennai branch announced a combo scheme of free landline for Broad Band Internet connection. The tariff and scheme was fit to my budget, i remitted Rs.500 cash and got a connection of 14th November. On 16th November, the telecom people came to my house and fixed a new telephone connection in a hurried manner. Previously i owned the Modem and other accessories, they connected only the land line items and did not connect the Modem. Because, they said, the Modem was not theirs, it was owned to myself.
They asked me to contact the BSNL office for the BroadBand connection. I Contacted the office, a lady may be the Junior Engineer asked me to wait some days for Broad Band connection. I shattered. I asked, "why i have to wait for some days madam? Do you not have the authority to connect the Broad band to the subscribers? This is waste of time for waiting".
But that Madam does not interested about my Modem, Finally came to rescue by asking my Modem for configuration. I gave her my Modem, and configured. She said, "Giving the Broad Band connection was not in my limit. It is in some persons in other state, Bangalore, Karnataka".
Getting connection in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, waiting for the access from Bangalore, Karnataka. What a beauty?
How progressively the premier institution BSNL working?
Till date (22nd) there is no Broad Band connection.
I am waiting for the access for more than 8 days. In this digital world, waiting 8 days for an Internet connection is correct?
In this situation, i thing about the private service providers such as Airtel, Reliance, Aircel, Tata Indicom and others. You can place an order through phone. In few hours, all things happened. Internet will be in your system.
The premier institution's backwardness shocked me.
In the BSNL, the system, salary, salutaion has all changed. But the bureaucracy not changed. And the people of glittering not changed. There is no service.
The people in the name of Officers, sitting in the AC rooms, wasting the Indian Economy.
Finally, i have a word. All public sectors should be privatised. This is the only way to save the India and making India in 2020 developed nation.
